Andy Main
Chief Executive Officer
Andy Main is a multi-business entrepreneur and former professional athlete with over 14 years of experience building and leading successful ventures. He has a proven ability to develop high-performing teams and implement efficient processes, enabling businesses optimization. His entrepreneurial successes include founding what became New Jersey's largest martial arts and fitness facility within 3 years and opening multiple franchise restaurants. As an active investor, he has also funded ventures in technology, spirits, nutrition, and real estate. Andy was also a professional MMA athlete for 12 years. His distinguished athletic career includes competing in the UFC, winning an international world title, and being inducted into the New Jersey Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2019.
Bo Layer

Bo Layer is a technology leader with a distinguished career spanning the U.S. military, defense contracting, and the private tech industry. His work is centered at the intersection of defense, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. Bo began his career in tactical communications for the US Army, with deployments in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn. He later served as a Technical Operations Lead for a Department of Defense contractor in Afghanistan. Transitioning to the private sector, he became a Senior Data Scientist for Threat Intelligence at a billion-dollar cybersecurity startup before advancing to his current role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for his Defense Technology AI startup, ROE Defense. Additionally, he possesses approximately 10 years of specialized experience in virtual and mixed reality (VR/MR), focusing on application development and cloud-based XR deployments.
Clifton Gauthier

US Marine Veteran
Clifton Gauthier is a seasoned, detail-oriented professional, a United States Marine Corps Veteran, and retired Police Sergeant with over 20 years of service. As a U.S. Marine, Clif's experience includes deployment to Iraq in 2003. He is a decorated combat veteran, having been awarded the Marine Corps Achievement Medal with Combat “V” for Valor and the Combat Action Ribbon for his exemplary service. Following his military career, he served for over two decades in law enforcement, holding numerous qualifications and served as an instructor before retiring as a Police Sergeant in 2024.
